I grew up in San Diego, the granddaughter of the first Indian (Eastern Indian) to immigrate to San Diego, CA. My mother is a single parent and fine artist. From my very early childhood, she instilled in me an appreciation, respect, and love for art.

I currently live in the mountains of Flagstaff, AZ. For many years I painted professionally, but last fall I started metalsmithing and I instantly fell in love with the art form. I had finally found the medium I was supposed to work in. I quickly set up my own studio at home, and worked hard to learn everything I could about metalsmithing.

Metalsmithing gives me the opportunity to constantly challenge myself by trying new techniques and endless design concepts. Learning this art form has been an ongoing process, but I have been receiving amazing feedback from other artists, customers, friends and family.
